Every Monday, our quality control department supervisor leads a meeting with a group of passionate QC colleagues. This is not just a routine meeting; it represents our factory's firm commitment to quality management. The meeting room seems to be filled with exhilarating energy because every gathering signifies our focus on and pursuit of product quality.
Before the meeting begins, the supervisor meticulously prepares all the issues to be discussed, including the latest quality standards, customer feedback, and any issues that have arisen during the production process.
